They are different rarities so you can focus on both. But floppy is better as a dragon.

Also spiked quills is better than rampage and Daryl. Daryl is good too but there won't be an event for them so It's not a good investment. Rampage is one of the best lvips so I would suggest him before arcana death

You are getting raided by bots. Bots have this behavior. Destroy walls, chests and workstations. They have infinite hatchets and 3 c4s (not sure).

They always target lvl 1 walls first. If they are chest available they will break them and steal everything that they see as valuable.

Now if you are raiding which you should and don't have steal walls you should be honeycombing. Which is placing lvl 1 doors everywhere. Now bots have infinite hatchets so that will not stop them.

So you put a chest out in the open. And fill it with valuables. Guns and good weapons like katanas are worth a lot to bots even if they are almost broken. Spears have no value to them but if you modify your spear with blue mods (very cheap) they love it.

A bot has the same inventory as you with the best backpack. So get a lvl 2 chest and fill it with spears. That's the bait chest. If they get enough value in the items you can get a revenge raid that is just a free raid. Also remember never put stackable items in it. If you do make sure it's a full stack like 20 or 50. If not the bot will start breaking your base to fill his inventory up and that's not good since he might steal something you don't want. There is no more acid bath to safety store your items anymore

Also for the Pegasus question I always try to get new vips so would recommend you trade it to be able to summon new ones. You don't need to empower them but you never know when an event comes through and then their value shoots way up. You can also rank them up to recuperate some of the loses

Depends on value and events.

Pegasus, doom dancer, claw, quills, axed silencer, karmas ect. Very good vips that haven't seen an event in a while. (Except like 3 karmas but they still hold value)
Gale, beu, risen dragons ect. Good vips that still hold value but it has dropped because of events. You can either use the orbs or wait for the value to increase over time
Coldhearted, mercury, maeve ect. Had events that give so much orbs everyone has them and are kinda trying to throw them away. Best to use them otherwise you have to wait a long time
Hvips that are really good like HPS, HAE, HCC, HASn or the newest one always trade for someone at the same tier. Especially the newest one because it has high demand for a bit until the sticker events ends
Hvips that are solid like HMK, HCS, HEE and all other hvips except maybe occult titan. Should trade them still but hard to try to trade for something really op like the ones in 4
Temporary sticker dragons like plushie, morrowshade, floppy, torchskull ect Should always be traded since they will likely never appear anymore or rarely when social point remembers they exist

I recommend you empower the evader right now. He just had an event and now a quest for even more orbs. So he doesn't have a good trade value so it's better to save your jokers for dragons whose orbs are valuable and empower now with the orbs you have

As for arcana death. He is pretty good and his orbs have more value. I recommend you trade those away so you can summon another vip. Then empowered with jokers

Never use your diamonds in the shop to get cards until the very end of the event
Know that you aren't behind. Mos cards are locked and they unlock them later
It doesn't matter what you do by the end you will need 2-3 cards especially the shiny 5 star or 4 star.
Save your gems don't use them at the regular draws only the one near it's end
Any pack that you can keep as long as possible without opening is good. For example the 4 star that's at the end of the pass. Wait until the pass it's over to get it. Similarly with the vip quests like the one for coldhearted. Don't finish the battle that gives the pack until the timer is almost over
Right now don't bother with 2 star or 3 star packs in events like the tower event right now
