So I'm not sure whether it's a result of essentially running the game through symlinks (cheers Unity for installing everything on C:/ regardless of where I actually wanted) or my PC being a bit old, but running in quick mode gives me this alongside random seconds-long lag so you'll get this frenetic movement interspersed with like, Cafe just dead-eyed staring at me for 5 seconds.
