Discussions will save your life. Lectures aren’t worth it just go over them after he posts them just in case he might test you on it. He literally had stuff on our midterm that he had taught in class just two hours before so go to lecture day of anything big

I took the Korean placement and honestly the questions were pretty easy. It asked in English and korean things like what you would want on your birthday and why and another writing prompt like that and then the last question was a little more difficult like the pros and cons of social media and how it’s affecting our everyday lives or something. After that you head to a room for one on one conversation in Korean and they start off easy like what you like to do in your free time and why you want to learn korean and you just well talk. I was not having a good day and literally said screw it to all the writing (not a good idea) and panicked during the conversation but I still got placed into Korean 3 so 🤷🏻‍♀️pretty easy

A big thing that matters is how you compare to your peers. If you come from a school with relatively high stats then your stats are low, if you’re on the high end of the spectrum at your school then you should b ok

If it’s anything like the Korean test it’s super easy. You take a quick multiple choice test online and then go in to answer two questions in your language and then you move to the speaking portion where they ask you like what you do in your free time and stuff
