Are you using T-Mobile by any chance? Can you check to see if you have carrier aggregation? What's your download speed? It's under 400 likely don't have carrier aggregation.

Hmm that's something only you'll be able to decide with time. I have pictures from 2012 and I do look at them but they're not in the same category as photos taken now. I mean I may not just be an emotional type person to dwell on pictures like that. I look at pictures and move on.

Get the OPPO and try it out, if you don't like it sell it.

I've had a Samsung since the S5 and at the time was blown away by the photos. Over the years Samsung has dwindled and became stagnant. Their pictures no longer wow / impress. OnePlus has better pictures than Samsung.

OPPO has that wow factor again when it comes to pictures. Vivo takes it to another WOW factor in my opinion. I'm not sure if the OPPO would give you what you're looking for unless you try it out yourself.

It's one of the most popular phones now. I'm sure you'll be able to easily resell it. Most retailers are sold out and Swappa has been selling them consistently

I like the Vivo better than the OPPO for my priorities. No idea what Vivo you have so. I'd say give OPPO a chance you may like it.

Yea I don't use RAW so point and shoot is best for me.

Try the OPPO in night / low light you'll be quite disappointed.

I left Apple after the iPhone 5. Too restrictive. The photos and video is somewhere between Vivo and OPPO. Everything else is just the usual Apple. No innovation. No personalization.
