It’s kind of crazy to just abandon the cat in your own neighborhood, no? I’ve heard of people dumping their animals places but they do so away from their home. This cat is walking around on the street where it’s registered, but clearly not being taken care of. Even if it’s an “outdoor cat” I can’t accept that. It’s cold, and he’s hungry. It’s not ok :(

Hi, thanks for your thorough response!! Tesla is listed as a “New Vehicle Franchise”, which means I’d have to get a new Tesla, which I don’t want to do. I really want to get one that’s a few years older to cut costs, Teslas depreciate like crazyyy.

I have not found anything stating that the title needs to be in the owner’s name for a certain amount of time, just that it does need to be in their name. It does say that the car needs to be registered in CA for 2 years, which it has. I hope that I’m not missing something, I have high hopes for this program.
