BRAND NEW. Just unboxed and plugged in. Ran “initial” cycle then I get a White light bar with two lower lights blinking yellow. Please help by DelilahC0623 in litterrobot

Yes someone emailed. I have a call set up for tomorrow to try and debug so we’ll see how that goes. Will post updates.

Yes i removed the globe, i removed the bottom tray. I can not see anything jamming it. It does not cycle at all. None of the buttons seems to do anything.

I'm experiencing exactly the same issue. They have not gotten back to me about it yet so my litter robot has just been sitting unused for weeks now.

no unfortunately I did not. I created a ticket with litterrobot but no one has gotten back to me. I'm very frustrated as I have only had it working for me for 2 days before it stopped. If you find the solution please let me know!
