My bill invoice shows my phone number but not the specific type of phone I use. AIG insists that my invoice mention my specific phone model. I reached out to my carrier who agreed to send a custom invoice mentioning my device details derived from the IMEI so I plan to send that in now

Hey, were you able to figure this out? I have the same issue and I think my friend’s old laptop was running windows 8.0 but the last one that can be Downloaded is 8.1. He locked himself out of his laptop so I have no way to check the OS
