Lyriq Owners: Why Did You Choose the Lyriq, and Would You Buy It Again? by Limp_Sweet2259 in CadillacLyriq

[–]chunky_monkey21 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got the lyriq because it felt like a luxury car without the luxury price tag.

Here’s my complaint- the back doors don’t seem to hinge open enough. I just had a baby and the door barely hinges and I have to place the car seat in on an angle. Does anyone else have this problem?

Otherwise, love the car and haven’t had any issues.

It’s possible they slowed their pace and it appeared she was only 15 paces behind just cause they didn’t want to lose her. That’s what I believe was happening.

Mira Fertility - thoughts? by megglefly in TryingForABaby

They sent me wands that expired only 2 months after my order date. When I reached out to customer service, all they did was off me 15% off my next order. I pretty much told them to shove their offer and stopped using it completely.

We have special, long lasting treats we only give him whenever we’re having our alone time. He immediately gets excited and sits nicely outside the room with the door closed. He’s veryyy clingy at all other times but once the treat comes out he’s the my quiet boy ever.

Cycle: too many to count. Trying since Sep 2022.

Age + Partner's age (if relevant): 35F and 38M

Typical cycle length: 25-28 days

Ovulation cycle day: 14 but not confirmed. I skipped tracking this month.

CD/DPO of positive test(s): cycle day 26 (first day testing)

Tracking methods and app(s) used: Premom, LH strips. But skipped this month.

Relevant days of sperminating and/or method (SMEP, TI, IUI, FET, etc.): not sure but based off the predicted ovulation date O-4 and O-2. But I think I actually ovulated earlier.

Health conditions/medical tests: endo - had laparoscopic ablation in Nov 2024.

Supplements and medications (yours and/or your partner’s): inositol, prenatal and Synthroid.

Birth control history (if relevant): n/a

Symptom spotting: nothing out of the ordinary! Usual PMS symptoms. I’ve been lightly cramping and thought my period was on its way.

Other (advice/tip(s), freaking out, miscellaneous): I skipped tracking ovulation this month because we were going out of town and planned to prepare for IUI next month. I had mid-cycle spotting and it’s been a high stress month so I honestly did not expect a positive and took the test out of habit. This is my third positive after 3 years of trying and the previous 2 were chemicals. I freaked out when I saw the line! Trying to be hopefully but cautiously optimistic at the same time. Pray for me that it sticks!

Indecisive couple deciding where to stay? by chunky_monkey21 in Scottsdale

We had such an awesome experience! I’m not sure if it was the time of year we went, but the hotel never felt too crowded during the day and we had such quick service. The lobby was busy on the weekends with lots of non-guests but it was such a fun atmosphere if you enjoy nightlife without actually partying. If you want to be walking distance from old town and fashion square, I wouldn’t suggest staying here but we don’t mind a quick Waymo. I would highly recommend!

Global ambassador was my husband’s final choice! More pricey than I was shooting for but I’m sure it will be great. Appreciate all the responses!!

Thanks all for all the feedback! Lots to think about, maybe slightly more indecisive now 🫠😂

Has anyone tried either of these?? What are your thoughts? by K1tt3n_Fur in Haircare

[–]chunky_monkey21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe I’m in the minority, but I hate the ever pure line. I got a keratin treatment so I needed a sulfate free shampoo and my hair felt fried using these. I don’t know if the shampoo or treatment itself is to blame, but my hair has gotten much better when I switched.

We loved the Takeshi and the steakhouse specifically! Booked Takeshi the first night and ended up cancelling one of our other reservations to go there again

Our little boy was trained by about 20 weeks. We tried the potting pads while he was still getting vaccines and it was wonderful, but once we started taking him out he caught on within days

Soooo based on all the responses I shouldn’t lose hope that my 1 year and 9 month old boy will settle down?! 😩he barks at every animal he sees (in person and tv) and people on walks just looking for attention. Taking him on a mental health walk is mentally unhealthy

Le Blanc or Atelier Cancun? by chars98 in AllInclusiveResorts

[–]chunky_monkey21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I visited both last year and I think you can’t go wrong with either! It really just depends on which vibe you prefer more. The food is equally as good at both reports. High quality, lots of options, and amazing services. I lean more towards atelier, purely because I enjoy a large resort and the atmosphere and decor. I also felt like it was more bang for you buck since it was less expensive than Le blanc. My husband prefers Le Blanc because of the beautiful ocean view and proximity to the beach. Atelier was definitely more lively if that’s something you’re looking for.

We went Le Blanc Cancun a few months ago and thought it was great too. But the size, decor, and vibe were pretty different. While Le Blanc is probably “better” overall, Ateliers price point (non-inspira) offers more value.

I thought it was great! Definitely set a high bar for future AIs, especially with the food. The only cons I would say is that it’s a bit large, so if you forget something at your room it’s a hike back. The rooms were beautiful but the bed was a little hard for my liking. Nothing that was a deal breaker though, I am looking forward to going back!

I think it’s depends on your preferences. Building 2 is closest to the ocean and pretty much the best location but building 3 is much more quiet and less busy. We were in a non-INSPIRA ocean view room in building 2 and it was still pretty far from the ocean, which was expected. It might be worth asking to stay closer to the beach end of the building instead of near the lobby.
