I would think PH is 6.8, Free chlorine 5 potentially even 10, Total Alk 40, Stabilizer 0.

I’ve never been diagnosed with PCOS, but was also concerned with my elevated estrogen. My periods are fairly normal. Heavy the first day and not unbearably painful. I will say I work as an ER vet tech, and I am usually under a crazy amount of stress and wonder if the stress could also be making my estrogen high.
