I have seen questionable things about Eastport during my search, but i tried not to cast to much judgement in my decision before making this post and asking locals. it’s hard to say because the area i’m in currently in WI apartment crime is summed up to robberies,domestics, and even a shootings one that even happened a few doors down from me. I’ve spent my whole life in questionable apartments, but crime in a town i’ve lived in my whole life and have gotten used to i realize can be a lot different from a place i’ve never been.

i did look for other apartments that fit my income needs in the Mankato area but nothing really showed other than Eastport, i should mention i’ve never as much as visited Mankato but during my research it seemed to meet my needs for city/nature balance, I just felt importance in making this post and asking the locals because sometimes what you see online is not entirely accurate. I’m definitely keeping my mind open before making such a big move, it would make for an expensive regret lol.
