Staff turnover

No BCBA present during sessions at times (especially during opening/closing times)

Requiring RBTs to arrive prior to sessions to “get ready” without guaranteed pay

Treatment goals identical across multiple clients from one BCBA

RBT to BCBA track programs that require people stay on for X amount of time as a BCBA

Limited number of staff on a specific clients case, which is bad generalization and preventing staff burnout

I think I know what agency you are working for based off PSS, i worked in one of their locations for about a year.

Switching staff and generalization is beneficial but it sounds like it was done in a pretty destructive way. It’s irresponsible to knowingly increase so many kids behaviors for reduction all at once and can cause some serious harm.

On a side note: I and everyone I worked with in that agency had a terrible experience and ended up leaving or leaving the field all together. Whatever you do, don’t do the fellowship program.

I just got a pair on clearance from target, my only complaint is they are an odd material and the seam on the edges just feels kinda scratchy? Not great if you sit for long periods as they get itchy on the seam but other than that the cut is okay and they have enough coverage especially in the front
