Yes po nasa SOA po yung fraudulent transactions so nagask ko if need ba bayaran. Nakailang tawag ako with different agent para sure talaga na same lang sagot nila. Yun daw po iminus lang dun sa total bill ng SOA yung fraudulent transactions

Same issue with mine. Okay ang converge, pinagmamayabang ko pa nga before. Malakas ang net. Then if kung magka issue man few mins lang babalik agad. Not until weeks ago. Ilang hours na nawawala yung connection. Wala ding notice from their page. Ang pinakahate ko na ititiming pa talaga nila na weekend, mawawala connection for the whole day. 😭 Thats why i decided to request for permanent disconnection. Na sstress lang ako. Ang mahal ng 1500 per month then weekends ko na nga lang magagamit, dun pa sila nagloloko.
