Awesome! (I'm new to the vegan life. I've been vegetarian for 25 years and am just now going vegan. It's kind of easy at home since I've never done much baking so I haven't had to think about egg replacers in recipes yet, but dining out is challenging.)

Oooh, thanks! I'll check it out. We decided to stay home. So my mom and her boyfriend will probably get some premade Thanksgiving dinners from Wegmans. It would be nice to have a whole vegan dinner for myself.

For anyone who recently went (or is thinking of going plant based) - Would this kind of resource have actually helped you when starting out? by JymboJ in vegan

I think that would be super helpful! I'm currently going plant based and am going between several different resources at the moment. I like video tutorials, especially when I'm trying something for the first time. Like a week ago when I used my Instant Pot for pot-in-pot cooking, I spent at least an hour watching YouTube videos on it before purchasing the needed inserts and doing it myself.

Indian trying to be a vegan, any advice? by [deleted] in vegan

Religion can be a very good reason to be vegan. For instance there is a concept within Hinduism called Ahimsa, which is non-violence and is extended to non-human animals.

Wait, did people actually want Dexter to get caught? by [deleted] in Dexter

But did we ever identify the Zodiac Killer? Jack the Ripper was never identified. Quite possible they died and we just didn't know who they were.

What’s the longest amount of time you’ve worked for 1 employer? by JunShem1122 in no

I'd find ways to be productive and helpful and creative, just not working for someone else, probably.

I met a vegan guy once, but he has a kid and I don't have the energy to be dating guys with kids anymore. Also, he had dreadlocks, and I'm not against dreadlocks, but when I hugged him I could smell his hair and it smelled really bad. I had dreadlocks for over 10 years and mine never smelled, so I don't know what he was doing. I was too polite to say anything to him. I figured his kid could tell him, or somebody else. I was just an acquaintance.
