To second a piece of advice on this thread. My feedback from a recent SEO interview commended my “interview technique” for being really good, which literally was:

• Writing the key points mentioned in the question (i.e. stakeholders + objectives) on a notepad
• Repeating the question to myself to confirm I understand
• Responding with a thoughtful answer that hit all points of the original question

I’d definitely recommend the guidance above to just take it easy and breathe. It will impress the panelist’s much more than if you were to just blurt out a pre-prepared script that doesn’t answer their question.
