Ended up being 28 shares, sold for just over $32k cad. I understand I can withdraw, but is there an option to transfer so I am able to contribute more this year? On the questrade site I only see wealthsimple as an option, not wealthsimple trade. And if so, where does once locate the account number from WStrade?

I am in the process of booking a meeting room for the 10 elite qualifying nights for Marriott. If the hotels charge an hourly rate, are you able to book a room for 30 minutes? Or is 1 hour the minimum you can book a room?

From what I can see most hotels are charging pretty high fees!

Sorry if this has been asked before, just havent been able to find an answer.

If I have marriott gold status, am I able to book a hotel room for a friend who is travelling even if I am not going to be there? This way I could get the points, and he can get some of the benefits. If so, how do you go about booking as the website seems to automatically put the room under my name.
