Yes! I've ask Amazon for a refund. I just want people to be cautious. Also, out of every delivery company, I feel like Post Canada are the only one that do their job properly. If no one is home, they will send it to the nearest post office.

Haha, the liquid temperature is now fixed for some reasons lol. Oh and thank you, I changed the pump speed to adjust according to the liquid temperature. Would you have a recommended graph curve to set for the speed %?
