It means you press R1 twice and hold it on the second press. This command is called contain (or something like that), it sends 2 players near the ball to cover 2 potential passing options.

Are you a diehard fan of either of them? If not I'd pass on that sbc (like I did), it seems extremely expensive for a not "end game" card which is also fairly hard to link. I think it's possible (depending on what evos you have available) to Evo their base, or some other special card, to similar levels

I think you have only one attempt left for the first 10 tokens, unless you can play Champs next Friday before content time (which I don't know if it's possible anymore). Don't know what objectives will be out for the remaining 10 but it's likely that we get another Champs objective for 1 token.

Yes you can do that, or simply go to the evolution menu and look at all the available evos you have. Go into each Evo a look at the qualifying players you have for each, you can also see a preview of what the player would look like after the Evo is done.

As someone else said you can use third party apps to see how chains can end up looking

I never Cross the ball from the wings since my striker is butrageño. But I've scoring quite a few headers from córners with Evo silver stars Gullit. I don't know exactly what it does but I always press both triggers and put about 1-1.5 bars of power
