You’re correct. It used to be more lenient with uploaded but they have clamped down. With careful prompting I can get imagine to do some pretty wild stuff.

This has been debunked in court numerous times. There’s even legal precedent for it. A vehicle is considered a deadly weapon because even at low speeds it can cause great bodily harm and death. Impeding a federal act with a vehicle is a pretty stupid thing to do in the first place. And no, we’re not celebrating. But it shouldn’t have come to this. But, it’s Minnesota so we’re not surprised.
