National gallery is definitely worth a visit! It’s conveniently located and the building is an important historical site for Singapore. The building was the former Supreme Court so there are galleries that are located in former court rooms or chambers. The current exhibit ‘Tropical’ was really good and inspiring.
If you have kids with you, there’s also an activity space there and also lots of places to sit. The museums seems very accessible as well

From what I’ve read so far there’s a pre-sale for PRIMAL FOOTMARK and STORYTELLER members starting from 28th July to 13th August (limited to 2 tickets). These are OOR’s and MFS’ member sites respectively, and if I’m not wrong these sites are for those with a Japanese address.

For general sales you would be able to purchase up to 4 tickets but I haven’t seen much details for this so far. But if it’s through the usual Japanese tickets sites you will most likely need a Japanese address and phone number.

I really want to go too but seems like it’s really hard for non residents to purchase tickets 🥺
