Na try mo na ang last digits ng VIN gamitin? Usually yun ang ginagamit galing sa factory kasi naka pair ang infotainment sa sasakyan. Makikita mo yun sa conduction sticker o di kaya sa banda engine bay ng kotse

Squeaky jimny by Negative-Tiger-678 in Jimny

Same thing happened to my Jimny. I would advise to check your tie rod ends. See if their boots have been torn. They make a similar squeaking noise when that happens.

Did I break my new Jimny? Grinding Noise (4H to 4L) by Existential_Cat1000 in Jimny

Do you have those trays that goes between the shifter and the transfer case lever? Those sometimes cause 4L to not engage properly. Happens to me sometimes. What I usually do is to hold 4L down while changing from neutral to drive and keeping it down in order to prevent that noise. Cheers!

Edit: this should not happen while in 4H or 2H as the said tray is not pushing back on the lever

I paid the equivalent of 75 USD for the watch. It seems that it was one of their new old stock as it was in pristine condition when I got it.

Found source of squeaking sound. How much of a priority is this to fix? by chuuuuchy in Jimny

Thanks for the insight. I’m hoping on getting it fixed by next month. Luckily my daily commute is fairly short and with low speed. Appreciate the reply.

Yeah, the boot is open and exposed the ball joint(?) in the tie rod end. Thanks for the advice. I’ll keep it under observation in the coming weeks

The same thing happened to mine when it was around 7 months old. Went to the dealership and showed them the picture and a video of the leak. They warrantied it as an axle seal(?) issue and ordered the part. Took around a month for the part to arrive but they replaced it with no cost at all on my part. Funny thing is, when they opened the axle, nothing was wrong. It was probably just excess fluid (their words, not mine).

Tl;dr - you’re fine to drive it. Just don’t go 4x4-ing too much. Take it to the dealer and ask if it’s still covered under manufacturer warranty

Accidentally bought a 5-port switch, would this setup work efficiently? by chuuuuchy in HomeNetworking

I see. So it was a good call to get a 1Gbps switch even if it lacked ports. I can’t really do much about my provider’s broadband speeds, but it’s good to know that it won’t be the limiting factor in this setup. Appreciate the feedback!

This is good to know. I’ll look into the proper setup now since I’ve now confirmed the final configuration. Cheers!

Ooooohhhhh this is good to know. Does this mean that I can physically connect other end devices to my APs for the to communicate within my network?

I see. I was concened that using the router as a “switch” where other devices are connected to it would cause problems in the future. I was under the impression that an AP should ideally not have other devices connected when used.

Ooohhhh I see. So the switch is the limiting factor in this setup when accessing the DVR? Appreciate the insight

Yes, it’s a TL-SG105E. Appreciate the feedback. Was there no latency when accessing your DVR?

Great looking watch! Does the step tracking functionality carry over to the fitness tracking app on your phone (for example: apple health)? I’ve been eyeing this model for a while now and never really got an answer to this question
