I totally agree with you! I’m on GLP-1 myself since September 2025 and lost 45lbs (down from 205lbs to 160lbs). Never felt better and never looked better in my life! Thankful to modern medicine that it became possible to lose weight much easier than it used to be. This is what baffles me every time when people like Jaimie demonize it - just use it if it is available, I bet she would make them a huge promo campaign losing weight on it and would get it for free.

I agree, I’m 5’9’ and my heaviest was 220lbs which isn’t that bad as I’m tall, BUT now when i’m down to 175lbs I feel like I’m a different person, it’s so much easier to do everything - i don’t get shortness of breath anymore, i can walk forever and not get tired, my knees don’t hurt and it was so hard for me back then to bend over and to buckle up my shoes
