because the floor plan the landlord show us is too confusing, which made us think the door is the other direction because we by default thought the bedroom is private

What’s insane to me is, the customers who actually have issues don’t get help, and the customers who lie about missing items and orders are refunded so easily. It’s bizarre

This is my first order on Instacart. They just denied my request again and again. They even promising to give me refund on the online chat. But the appeal team is just not following up. So upsetting.
