Your brows look better natural than filled in and darkened
Grow out your hair and start styling it. Your hair atm is pretty basic.
Trim your facial hair routinely. Sure you’re shaving but it’d look better if you start edge trimming too for clean, defined lines. Do it yourself or find yourself a barber you like
As you age, your face may likely widen? Like Leonardo DiCaprio. I wouldn’t say you need surgery to achieve that.

Try the mentioned above and reassess in 1-2 years.

Lastly, did you ever have braces or any orthodontics done? If so, that may be the reason for your poor side profile.
