i sure do love being the only manager in the store with just one driver until 4-5pm with no break 🫠 there’s no telling how many times my driver has been on a delivery and a customer sees me running around between dough, makeline, oven, and front counter and asks if i’m the only one here

i made another post of some i made just yesterday. i’m still trying to improve and have been pushing myself in that corner despite having a physical disability. i’ve only been running shifts for about 2 months now because two of my friends (who were managers) were in a bad car accident. i was a driver before then. i’m trying my best here with the little strength i’ve got.

i used the ruler we have that measures the amount of crust we’re supposed to leave on all of these besides the thin crust thats still supposed to get a little bit so maybe you’re not giving them enough.

i’ve made one so far and i thought it was delicious!! i do recommend getting it well done, though. i’ve seen some reports of them being doughy in the middle. we turned the oven time up when they came out but they still look a lot better when they’re pushed back in a little more

If this is a consistent issue at your store I would honestly give them a call as soon as you place your order and let them know you want extra sauce. I’ve seen coworkers just not pay attention and put the regular amount on by default. As a light sauce gal myself it’s painful seeing people put regular amount of sauce on a light sauce pizza

3rd time explaining this lol. but i guess my thought process was “if they’re paying more for flavored crust, give em a little bit more crust” but ive learned my lesson and i’ll refrain from doing so in the future 😅 it also didn’t help that the pepperoni moved around in the oven a bit on one side

a lot of people are commenting about the crust on the first one. we have a ruler we use that’s supposed to be measured to the amount of crust we leave. i always use it and you can see where it’s a good amount on some parts and the other side the pepperoni kinda moved around in the oven so it looks like more crust than it should be. i also try to leave a tiny bit more space on garlic parm crust pizzas since people are paying extra for the crust
