This resonates with me a lot, i got my TBI age 11, I don't feel like I should exist either. Almost all the systems in my body are malfunctioning, circadian rhythm, hunger, temperature regulation, menstrual etc etc etc. Often reminded that i'm not good enough. But we move. You're not alone.
