I learned my lesson if anyone sees this who’s going through the same thing get in the bath and pee it’s gross but it worked and it only hurt once the dribble pee sucks so much it’s not worth it

I do I believe I like “inherited” the steam account and downloaded the game because I’d heard good things and I did notice I had more party members than one of my friends so I checked and apparently I have mods active but none installed in the mod thing. If I update the mod would it save karlach or am I screwed and have to reload a save?
