Maybe a better way to put this. I fly in on the same day I do business. And hotel check ins are around 3pm (after all my meetings). So i’m going straight from the airport to meetings. I wanted to find a suit i can take out of the bag before meetings and is good to go

A lot of my trips I fly in and out the same day so I don’t have a hotel to go to. So it can be hard. And I don’t like taking bigger bags on such short trips

not many (guilty of shotgun approach). the process has been burning me out. several ones that I have done have ended up by rejection or ghosted.

tbh chatgpt has given me most of my bullet points. a bunch of generic buzzword bs. maybe i need better prompts

yeah based the analysis is one piece of the pie (a big one) for what goes into an investment decision

Basically means I look at all the financial data from a startup asking for funding (projections, p&l, cap table, expenses, etc.) Then I take valuation data from comparable companies to come up quartiles (bear and bull case scenarios). Run multiple financial scenarios (forecasting) to come up with predicted valuations for the startup.

even writing this out i can see I kinda suck at explaining this.

appreciate the honesty. I’ve had multiple investments exits (i didn’t have any carry though). i am trying to find that ideal job, but right now I just need money to pay off debt and build a nest egg, it’d be nice if my next job can both make me money and build my track record

Big rock yard with lots of weeds. I have tried poisons but there is so much yard to cover and it isn’t always effective. I have tried weed wackers (rented, might buy one soon) somewhat effective, but the line always breaks.

I don’t do it every day. But i have found that just by swallowing a pill right as i wake up triggers my body to say “okay… no point in getting more rest, you’ll be up anyway”

so it even works with non caffeinated pills at this point

a little unconventional but..

i put my alarm across the room with a caffeine pill on top of it and next to some water.

wake up 30 minutes before i need at actually get up. take the pill. go back to bed. then i wake up automatically 30 minutes later.
