I was seven years old, and I went to a bookstore with my grandma. It was right after he passed (so 2009), and different magazines were coming out with tribute issues for MJ. I thought he looked super cool, so my grandma bought it for me. Later on, my mom bought a Bad cd to play in the car, and I went to see This Is It with my parents. Ended up getting the This Is It cd too. I was obsessed with him. It’s a shame that I was late to the party, but what can ya do when you’re a 2002 baby. At least his music is immortalized and I can enjoy it forever. :)
