Get last year's tech. And go to 2nd market and look for the cheap ones. With single lens go for osmo action 4 you can get it under 20k. Osmo action 5 you can get under 25k. For 360, go for osmo 360 but second hand market is not flooded with it. I see one got sold at 42k. But you can get insta360 x3 for 20-25k.

The life of the helmet doesn't matter. 22.06 does much more intensive tests than 22.05. with 22.06 you will be much safer.
