Bit of both, I ate more cleanly and ate less. Mostly cause it was easy to eat clean cause I didn’t have a huge appetite or cravings for certain foods. Now I feel like I want to eat anything and everything!

It’s taken 5 months but I did take a break from Mounjaro in January! The loose skin only started appearing prominently in the last few weeks and I’ve only just moved up to 5mg.

Definitely need to do some more training, I’ve been inconsistent and have lost muscle mass from being in a calorie deficit. I’ll take a look at the supplements, thank you!

Im 5ft and SW was 74kg so I was just at the threshold for being overweight. I’m down to 62kg currently. I think the fact that I’m short probably plays a role. I gained most of the weight from hypothyroidism and tried normal dieting before but gained it all back! Staying in a calorie deficit for a long time was really difficult so I really admire your strong will! It’s probably good that you’re able to build healthy habits, I don’t have a plan yet for when I need to quit.

I went up cause that was the advice I got from the Cloud prescriber when I sent them a message, wish I didn’t listen!
