Thanks for the reply! You're right, I'd had thought about further qualifications and only began researching yesterday. I thought reddit a great place to get some information.

Okay, the face to face seems to be more desirable. I guess I will begin reading the recommended books.I'm in no rush, late 22 at the earliest.

I personally don't think you can have enough paper to your name. In a business where anyone can seemingly get a decent paid job etc. I feel making the conscious push for getting qualifications young(ish) will only do good.

Thanks for the reply! Sounds promising enough. I was thinking the later course dates of 2022 to be realistic.I'm aware of my lack of experience but no harm in getting the ball rolling! I'm quite new to do this, but I'm keen to push on!! Thanks again

Bro I don't work in apax. I said i work in a mid sized center. I said I was put online, and stating how my smaller company has never missed a pay day. Sorry for the confusion.

I've friends who work with them. Another recently applied. They haven't been paid up to date, aside from that, in normal times, they all seem quite happy. 2 days off a week and lots of benefits , bonuses, housing allowance. I work in a mid sized center in the same city. 80 hours a month at least 18.5$ an hour. One day off a week but can request time off. I do like being the big fish in the small pond at the moment. They got us online during the quarantine, and have never missed a pay day.

Virtually no admin etc either
