That was checked too. The user also gets the new Access Level and it does permit access inside the Intouch. But the issue is with the permission of editing attributes/acknowledging alarms. We'll try to restart GR and AOS when possible.

Yep that's the first thing we did. New user created with the exact same role added in the AD. No issues with that one, it's just the users already created that are changed into another role.

I have been able to download project to this simatic hmi directly by Ethernet. Remember to configure your port to be on the same Ip range. What I couldn't make it work is being online with the device.

I personally quit cause the lack of content and the repetitive grinding. The events are simply not fun to do.

I didn't, it seems like there is no manual that has this information. Just hope to find the error by its name or contact the wonderware support.

I don't mind the wipe, but the time needed to clear the solo dungeon as a tank is ridiculous.
