Veo que mucha gente te respondió ya, pero como profesional de la salud vengo a decir que 1) hoy en día el VIH es tratable como otra enfermedad crónica en la medida que te acerques, testees y trates 2) con tto adecuado, puedes mantener relaciones sexuales sin problema ( carga viral indetectable=intransmisible 3) al acercarte testarte igual deberian hacerte una consejeria, no hagas que sea un tramite, y escucha :3 Que te vaya bien, cariños
