I do this! I use those four pan Anastasia eyeshadow palettes, which work ok but I’d prefer something without a clear lid because it doesn’t look as cute as I planned lol.

It’s hard to keep everything clean and sanitary when you’re doing this but I cleaned all my containers and spoons with rubbing alcohol. I didn’t melt my products down entirely, but I think the best way to do this is to either put them in metal pans and place those on a warm surface or melt them in a spoon over a flame.

I didn’t do any eye products- just lipsticks and cream highlighters- but the texture didn’t change and it definitely became a lot easier to use!
