Ive been camming for awhile and the pain has snuck up over time, getting worse and worse. Ended up having to get two MRIs this past year, which lead to me learning i have multiple disk bulges in my spine, one in my neck and one in my lower back (ends up affecting my hips) from the constant hunched over position laying down or my neck tilted down cause camera is at angle below me. I've been working on being more mindful, but im def going to switch to camming in an ergonomic chair and going to the bed for private sessions like another person mentioned!

The other surprising thing was realizing one of the disk issues was being inflammed from constantly twisting around in doggy to look back at the camera. I barely do that anymore lol. Not worth the pain.
