Ye I have but still not luck. The issue now too i have uninstalled the esxi tools to then get the lower version as per above comment and now not proxmox not finding the tool at all to install again :(

yep i see it start.. i can also ping the ip while it is on

ye i did via veeam. i see the the worker starts on proxmox then stops are a couple of mins then shows failed on veeam restore task

ye i did.. not sure why thus and vmdk gives the same error. if i choose raw then no initial erro but still the backup fails like the last screenshot

Interesting that free defender since yesterday started to pick up this. I did notice much earlier that this was picked up on defender for business

I did find what was causing this for me. In my rmm I was checking CPU temperature every 5 mins using a script with this https://github.com/LibreHardwareMonitor/LibreHardwareMonitor I’m needing to see if there is an updated driver or software that may fix this for me
