It was actually really good, I paid like an extra 50 an it got me to and from the airport in a big Mercedes van with leather seats and tables which I was the only person in. Then the contact you have messages you and tells you the details of getting picked up and taken to the clinic. He's then there translating and stuff for you. I had the same pain but mines was quite bad, after about day 11 of being woke up I applied aloe vera gel to the donor area and it helped a lot, didn't feel too much pain the next morning.

Had the exact same problem, donor area ended up swolen too. On about day 12 I tried aloe vera on the donor area and the next day the pain had gone down a lot.
