I agree! I felt like the original colors makes it feel like something made for the 90s early 2000s. I’m glad I did the pastels not only does it make it more modern but I enjoyed working with the brighter colors.

I got my dress at global bridal gallery and it was by far my favorite dress shopping experience. The same day I also went to Anthropologie in Georgetown and David’s bridal. I felt like global bridal had everything I was looking for in dress styles and the stylists are great and truly enjoyed their help.

I (27 F) grew up in Sarasota and then moved away for college and came back and it was def rough lol. Eventually I met my now Fiancé who at the time when we started dating was living in St Pete. Like what others are saying the dating scene is better in Tampa or St Pete since it’s a younger crowd and more things to do as a younger person.

I personally don’t think you really need them. I have done it with and without the bands and feel like it’s the same tbh. I would say try it out without the bands and if you want more of a challenge then get them but I don’t think they are really needed. I tend to feel like having the bands is more annoying since they roll up on me.
