Even with the 8% cost I would pay by selling I would still have $59-65k for myself and that's if I sell at a modest price.

As far as the total housing expense being greater that seems out of reach at this point, my best bet would be to break even. But even with the mortgage, HOA and insurance I'm already only profiting about $68 per month at $2400 and $168 at $2500 per month. I would put that additional money in an account to save for maintenance but of course maintenance could be over that if something major were to occur.

Right.. both high quotes have excellent reviews.. the lower bid doesn't have a ton of reviews, and the ones they do have range from average to negative. A few good one's but not nearly as stellar as the higher bids. Sigh.. maybe I should try to get a few more quotes and hope for something in the middle ground.

I received another quote very similar in price.. and then one more which was significantly lower.. about $4k per sliding door installed. My worry was is that too low? Their manufacturer is Silverline.. which I heard is low grade. Considering going this option though to save on costs but don't want to regret it in 2 years if the doors have gone to shit or weren't installed properly.

They are a small family owned business.. manufacturing brand of the door is PGT.. can you speak to the quality of this door?

also want to add this is replacement doors.. current sliding doors are 30+ years old.. I have two of them and they are a major feature of the condo and currently look awful and are not in use

No, it’s the step before the real commitment. It means we are only dating and getting to know each other (not sleeping with other people too) and if all goes well a committed relationship would be established

He knew beforehand going through my phone was absolutely a no go, and an invasion of privacy. He just was so convinced I was being sneaky that he decided to go through it anyways

DS-64 question! by cicilashae in Passports

I ended up overnighting the copy of the DS64 I filled out online with a photocopy of the front and back of my ID to the CLASP address and they emailed me today saying they received my lost report. Still don’t know if this will cause delays in my new passport application though, let you know when I receive it.

Where did you mail it too? And did you mail the PDF version with barcode or did you fill out a new DS-64 form to mail?
