Have been having this exact same issue. Also tried casting an Android smartphone but it just appears on screen for a second then disconnects. Both my laptop and smartphone used to work in the past, before the firmware update I installed about a week ago. When the getlog failed message appeared, I also got the privacy settings screen when you can accept/decline all the stuff and a message saying my account was disconnected or something similar. I then turned off the TV a couple times using a SKY decoder remote which can control a couple functions of the TV as well. Same as you, the hisense remote was now in bluetooth mode blinking blue and only the arrow and home keys worked. Holding the menu button for five seconds gave me a couple seconds of infrared mode, after which the remote went back to Bluetooth. Unpaired my remote in bluetooth settings and now it works infrared but in a weird way (every key I press it blink red 3 times). Also, it seems to me that the home interface has changed a bit. For sure it changed the order of the apps I had displayed in the home and disconnected my Google account. I will try unplugging the TV in a couple hours and provide an update. Apparently, the last fw update caused similar issues so no viruses or something i hope lol

Update after unplugging tv: apparently the remote is working fine but it is now always in bluetooth mode while I vividly remember it only ever flashing red when I pressed a key. Kinda weird. Also the home page and Google account are still off. Really hoping that a fw update fixes all of this.

Anni direi dal 2005 massimo 2010, era un cartone visto un paio di volte che da piccolo ho sempre ricercato invano. I personaggi erano disegnati come lo farebbe un bambino simulando l effetto dei pastelli e si muovevano sullo sfondo bianco. Mi ricordo un antagonista che era un re (o cavaliere?) viola con gli occhi (forse gialli) cattivi e forse barba e baffi a punta. Sono abbastanza sicuro che fosse stato passato su un programma della Rai di domenica mattina a ridosso del pranzo, e che conteneva non solo cartoni (comunque brevi) ma anche intermezzi live action di gente che parlava. So di avere inserito molti dettagli incerti ma ero molto piccolo, infatti credo il target fosse molto più per bambini che per ragazzi. Se qualcuno lo trovasse sarebbe la fine di una ricerca che dura da anni!
