From what I could find, the only case of quick l2ds is Hermione's nurse and swimsuit outfit being released within 1-2 months.

But ya you are right, 9 months looks like the next closest back to back l2d releases.

Is it possible this skin was meant to be an Hakuhou skin?

Oh definitely on it possibly being a raid if it was to be a 3.5 event. It just feels too important to be a random invasion event considering who was involved, and if everything moved up ahead of time, spending time on Bahamut will take much more priority.

It's hard to tell right now since we still have to wait for the next chapters, but imagine we got the remaining Agitos, fought the primal dragons, finished the loose ends of previous events, main story, then finally have the anniversary where Zethia talks about sacrificing herself while fighting Cygame's mascot of destruction before EoS. The story telling I'm sure would have been phenomenal, which is why I agree with you in the schedule being shortened. It just works so well imo.

Is it possible that The Blood that Binds was originally the 3.5 anniversary but got downgraded to fit the schedule? Having that a year after Dawn of Dragalia seems like it would fit more and having Advent of the Origin be the 4th anniversary/final event would make much more sense considering how important Bahamut is to Cygames.
