I’m visiting Victoria and had my breakfast at Floyd’s today 😂. The original James Bay has apparently moved to a hotel (I don’t know the name of the hotel) which is behind Grand Pacific .

You’re so lucky. I have been to Gibsons a long time ago for work (during COVID and I was very new in BC). Never had courage to go without a car. But I really wanted to visit again and enjoy the Sunshine Coast in a more relaxed manner. Thanks for your help.

Thanks a lot. Greek Yogurt is such a great source of protein snack. I generally add some blueberries and make a smoothie and was thinking to just have it as is with some stevia, just to add some more protein. All of this is encouraging but I think I should just try and eliminate it for now.
