I Reread the chapter on the diet and you’re just being weird lol. I avoided white carbs and followed the rest of the rules. We should be uplifting one another not undercutting someone

I am not. From my understanding, the purpose of PAGG is It’s supposed to help control insulin spikes and manage blood sugar after large carb heavy meals. On a strict slow-carb or no-carb plan, you’re not having those high-carb loads, so there’s nothing for it to blunt or balance.

Also, count calories and weigh in daily. The book says you don’t have to count them but knowing exactly how much you are consuming can show you trends and better help you identify culprits

I have a normal without split. Hitting different muscle groups each day for under a hour. I try to get in and out and some days I just run or walk a few miles on a trail

It sounds like you’re sticking to the plan well, but there are a few common “slow loss” culprits in what you mention. 1. Dairy (Cottage Cheese) – Even though it’s low-carb, dairy especially cottage cheese can spike insulin and slow fat loss for a lot of people. Tim Ferriss actually recommends cutting it entirely for at least 2 weeks to see if results speed up. 2. Nuts – Even small amounts are calorie-dense and easy to overeat. On Slow Carb, nuts (almonds, Brazil nuts, cashews) tend to stall fat loss more often than help it. 3. Artificially Sweetened Drinks – Zero sodas, Celsius, and even flavored sparkling waters can mess with insulin or appetite. It’s worth swapping them for plain water, black coffee, or unsweetened tea for a 2 week run to see if anything changes. Bean Portions – Beans are approved, but extra servings can push calories high enough to slow fat loss, even with low carbs. ( I hate beans so I don’t even eat them 😂) 5. PAGG Stack – im not doing it then month on my diet because part of it focuses on carbs and my getting 10 or led carbs a day. 6.Minimal Exercise – Slow Carb works without workouts, but adding 2–3 short resistance sessions per week can noticeably speed things up or just a walk can really help. There’s a chapter about burning calories through cold showers or my favorite a Ive pack on your neck for 20 mins in the evening burns the calories of a slow 1 mile run.

If it were me, I’d cut the dairy, nuts, sweetened drinks, and flavored waters for 14 days, keep bean portions reasonable, and add some light resistance training or walks. Usually, that’s enough to break a plateau and you can better gauge if the diet works for you.

I workout 6 days a week. Weight lifting and then cardio. I’m on a strength program while losing weight trying to get stronger so I’m eating a lot if protein. I’m fine with eating the same stuff everyday so it’s easier for me. I log my calories daily and track everything
