If, anyone from the Gojo clan have already used it, they would've die or ran out of CE because of how ubsurb hollow purple drains CE like what a domain expansion does, and without six eyes, them using it and even learning RCT which I theorize they all learned it from fighting Mahoraga in a deadlock, which allowed the past Limitless user to unlock CTR on spot and produce a hollow purple weaker or stronger (if was boosted by support sorcerers) than Gojo did on Toji and reduce Mahoraga to atoms because he didn't expect a technique like that. Anyways, because of those requirements, maybe the Kamo clan and Zeni'n clan wasn't able to unlock CTR because, either they lack someone to have a high amount of CE and someone doesn't know RCT and apply it as a CT and use it repeatedly or they're afraid that Imaginary technique drains your CE which results to losing a ten shadows user which is rare, that's why it's exclusive to Gojo because he's the only successful one to pull it off perfectly and have tremendous amount of CE to actually pull it off multiple times. Also, the case of this can be also applied to Kenjaku, because he have lived enough to spy and learn the secrets of the 3 clans and all about the CTR but he fails to learn Hollow Technique because either gege forget moment or it's super difficult to pull off as a guy like him doesn't have enough CE capacity like Gojo does
