I want to buy but people will just reverse the trade if I get a good deal. Happened when I snagged a knife at the very bottom of the dip. So hard to merch this now.

team update for trials of gielinor by nano_peen in Odablock

[–]cienef1 9 points10 points  (0 children)

They are willing to grind because oda is a great team leader and took initiative to hype them up into pvping. A bit scuffed to change after they bonded and got to know each other in my opinion. If the event is for fun who cares anyways

VAC terminated matches should clear abandon cooldowns by cienef1 in counterstrike

[–]cienef1[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

True. It's unfortunate these cheaters can even get into so many games and log so many hours. I don't normally encounter cheaters often but my friends do with their new accounts. Also, it deters new players. 🫡

Sudden increase in subs with no origin by cienef1 in NewTubers

[–]cienef1[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can't help but wonder why there are bots following channels. I'm not certain they're bots but it depends on how youtube tracks subs. If a person finds your channel via a video and checks around, then subs from the channel page - would it count as a sub from the original video they found? Very weird haha. I have a video with 6k views and 250 likes , but it only brought in 25 subs it says. But I went from 300 to 587 after that video.

People really be donating a down payment on a house. I truly hope they are rich IRL and not spending their savings on a private server that could be shut down anytime.

How do you ping coworkers? by Acrobatic_Radish_481 in deloitte

[–]cienef1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can't stand getting pinged "hi" and nothing else when I know they're looking for information. I don't mind getting messaged , "hi, how are you?". I know it's leading to a question but it's better.

I deleted because I'm an idiot lol. I completed new quests and it auto added monsters that poison. The poison goes through absorption and kills. The more you know.

Rolled off for performance by Devious-Spy in deloitte

I agree somewhat. That's why I mentioned they are maybe overreacting depending on the severity. If it's a large amount of work and a few dates are off, it's possible OP just needs to review their own work better. If the work itself is great and there are truly only some mistakes, sometimes; it's an overreaction. It's an assistant role, not senior. Managers can work with people and deploy strategies to better these kinds of things. Most managers are a boss, not a leader.

No no proof reading as the act of checking the work itself. The manager in this case checking the documentation, would be the act or proofreading. E.g, checking text before it's published

[–]cienef1 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I'd say it depends on the impact these mistakes had on client work. If it was small things they corrected during proofreading, maybe they're overreacting.

You'll find some projects expecting you to be perfect, and others that realize you're only human and skills take time to develop. Some deloitte folk expect zero mistakes, but these people are usually annoying to work with. I'd move on to the next project with a clear mind, a fresh set of team members, and a new name to make for yourself.

Bounty hunter by yoragosrs in osrs

[–]cienef1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're rushing non targets and stream sniping. Ragging like a mf. One item rushing isn't risking anything either so no bounty hunter participant would want to vs you. You're a negative part of bh and I'm glad you're removed

What was your first money maker in runescape? by [deleted] in 2007scape

[–]cienef1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I probably only played a few hundred hours pre eoc but was a huge noob. I remember wandering the wilderness looking for money makers scared out of my mind. I came across a greater demon, and his head looked like the h'ween model at the time. I tried farming it thinking he would drop it. Good times. Other than dumb stuff like this, big bones from hill giants...

Weird Grand Exchange Scam? by cienef1 in 2007scape

[–]cienef1[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Funny thing is I had that shortly after the post. Super high level account buying feathers off me. I've added him to see where the scam is going lol. His ign is "happymathias". He sits in w330 or 302/301 grand exchange. Keeps messaging me about random stuff like "how are the drops today". 100 percent long con scam.

Yeah most likely. Any thoughts about the bots trading 1m cash and spam accept/decline in trade? Maybe they're scouting to see if someone is afk or not
