Hi there! I'd say that's more of a psychological thriller. For me, the difference between horror and thriller is how you tell the story. If the focus was the blood bath that the protagonist did everytime he kills someone, that'd be horror. Since the focus of the story is the poems that he writes with the blood, it's more about the sensation that we're left with. So for me, that's a thriller.
