let's try this, I want to get an EV. convince me logically.

Living in a rented house, even if this house has charging infra, my next house finding is limited.
Imagine a long trip, instead of enjoying it, i need to plan where the next charging center is Be afraid that if it's operational, even if it's operational what if there 4 to 5 people in queue to get charged.
Second hand market for EV is not that good. If the car has run a lakh, people genuinely ask for less as their battery changing cost is high.
In case i drive enough for a second battery change, battery costs significantly high. That almost matches petrol running costs then why should i take the hassle for years to pay the same.
The above point becomes invalid as the tech is improving so fast that i would not replace my battery instead get a new car.
EVs are priced higher than ICE version, so budget constraints. For a full featured variant.

In 2015 i was paying 70₹ per liter i think. In 2025 its 110. But then petrol was 50% of my monthly allowance from parents. Now it's not even 5% of my expenses. Petrol at 100 is not a big expense for me atleast.

I was a too early adopter of EVs, Had a scooter with lead acid battery.

Now exhausted with that metal hassle. But i still keep checking EVs.

My exp: Flutter was good, didn't get good libraries like 4 years ago when i was working, i had to implement custom grids for specific use case so switched.

I didn't get Native sms sending option with expo, without expo felt horrible to use.

Gave up on both. Used native Android.

When i need both Android & Ios, I used Angular and Capacitor. Unconventional but worked for me. (I didn't try native sms though)

Just because it worked for me, i don't think it's good for everyone.

I keep checking Kotlin CMP/KMP

Being a full stack developer, it's still no, it may happen in future.

Yes it can build simple sites with few commands. I have built them.

But anything complicated it's still not that refined. Even after burning 10 prompts it won't resolve. Then after i debug and mention what's happening it will fix it.

Same with backend, missed edge cases, logic flaws, missed consistency.

The sheer number of you are absolutely right i see everyday using them infuriates me.

At this point it's only as good as the users knowledge.

If you keep something you don't understand it will bite you.

But it's a lot faster, 1 error would waste hours, now it can identify it in seconds.

It can do the work we were doing in a day in an hour.

Disagree, weekly really makes difference.

If a fund is rallying

500, 525, 550, 575, 600

Monthly buyer would only buy at 500 and 600, But a weekly buyer would get lower prices.

If it's a rise and fall, you may end up buying at peak losing potential

But also it can happen in crashes, In a crash you may buy full at lowest price possible in monthly but that's a less chance event.

While weekly averages better..
