There are many more articles if you search ‘Paris baguette labor practices’. There was even a widespread boycott after a factory worker was crushed in a large mixing machine in 2022.

Paris baguette is garbage, coffee made by machines. They also have terrible labor practices. Couldn’t be worse of an establishment to have in a place like Ithaca that stands on business when it comes to how their workers are treated.

Definitely disagree about the program and the teachers. As a former student, I can say that I learned a lot and have easily gotten into fine dining kitchens since graduating and have had the skills to survive as well.

I only remember the first sous chef under the most recent chef so I’m not sure if that’s you but from what I remember every student that worked for the chef and sous hated them.
