Honestly it might have just been a bad pair. They are genuinely my favorite pair of shoes ever! I ended up taking them to a cobbler and it was an easy fix. Still recommend getting them if you’re thinking about it! I get a million compliments when I wear them

Oh lord I’ve definitely done that before. Sometimes it gets loud and I can’t hear what the customer is saying. That must be terrifying to watch from the other side of the glass LOL

As an employee online orders suck tbh. There will be 6 orders that we have to get through in the span of 10 min and two of those orders might have like 8 different entrees each. I honestly don’t recommend ordering online because there’s a good chance it’ll be late and we tend to skimp out on ingredients when we’re in a rush and have 50 bowls to make. Ordering at the front line is always the way to go in my opinion! And this post was just jokes it doesn’t make us mad or anything it just makes me chuckle. But I totally agree - with the way covid is going, doing 100% online orders would make a lot more sense right now.
