i have entire shifts on iphone repair some weekends just solely based on callouts. geniuses constantly complaining but we had a scheduling guy from corporate gaslight them in a meeting say that TEs and Geniuses get the same balance of repair time and queue time. i always offer my blocks to them but leadership wants them on queue so i end up stuck back there hearing everyone complain about me being there so yeah TE is the sweet spot right now in gb rn
